As a classification system for personnel operation, our company classifies positions into five groups based on the roles that our members perform. The position can be adjusted when a member shows competence in performing a role of upper positions through evaluation

Title

Titles used for internal and external tasks have no meaning of personnel matters and automatically assigned depending on the length of service.

Salary system

Mercury is introducing a basic annual salary system that will be applied according to individual performance and organizational performance through the MBO
